* SEATING CAPACITY:

• Theatre: 250 seats.

• Classroom: 130 seats.

• U-shape (1 range): 80 seats.

• U-shape (4 ranges): 250 seats.

• Banquet: 300 seats.

* RENTAL RATE:

• Half Day: 5.000.000 VND.

• Full Day: 10.000.000 VND.

All rates include:

• Sound & lighting system with 02 microphones

• Stage and podium for speeches, flowers decoration

• 10%VAT & 5% service charge

Remark:

• Full day: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Half day: 7:00 AM - 12:00 noon or 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
